Here’s a quick and delicious recipe for Air Fryer Parmesan Potatoes — crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and coated in a garlicky, cheesy crust. Perfect as a side dish or snack!


🥔 Air Fryer Parmesan Potatoes

🧾 Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ lbs baby potatoes (or Yukon golds), halved or quartered

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • ½ teaspoon salt (or to taste)

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • Optional: fresh parsley for garnish


👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Prep the potatoes:
    Wash and cut potatoes into halves or quarters (aim for even size so they cook evenly).

  2. Season:
    In a large bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
    Add Parmesan cheese and toss until well coated.

  3. Preheat air fryer (if needed):
    Set to 380°F (193°C).

  4. Air fry:
    Add seasoned potatoes to the air fryer basket in a single layer.
    Cook for 15–20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and crispy.

  5. Serve:
    Sprinkle with extra Parmesan and chopped parsley if desired. Serve hot!


🔄 Tips & Variations:

  • Use shredded Parmesan for more texture or grated for an even coating.

  • Add a pinch of chili flakes for a spicy kick.

  • Try it with ranch seasoning or Italian herbs for a flavor twist.
